EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At Purely Femme, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we offer a hassle-free 15 days return policy. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and have a positive shopping experience with us.

Our return policy allows you to return items (Excluding Final Sale Items) within 15 days of receiving it, provided that it meets our return criteria. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that returns without a valid return authorization number will not be accepted.

Once you have received your return authorization number, there are two ways to return the product

1. Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free return pick up service.

2. Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location, we will credit the shipping costs provided the product meets the terms and conditions of the return policy. You can then proceed to ship the item back to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. You must share the scanned copy of the courier receipt via email for validation.

Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for a return, we will process your return within 10 business days. Exchanges are possible for an alternate color or size. This is subject to availability and a refund will be
processed if we aren’t able to fulfill your exchange request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:
• We are unable to accept returned garments which have been worn, washed, or have had labels and tags
removed.
• We are unable to accept return/refund for Gift card and downloadable products
• Exchanges are possible for an alternate color or size. This is subject to availability and a refund will be processed if we aren’t able to fulfill your exchange request.
• Bodysuits and swimsuits must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact
• Panties, lingerie sets that include a panty, Pantyhose , Tights are final sale and not eligible for return
